Delivery terms

We aim to get our deliveries out to you as soon as possible, so that means that our UK customers will receive their orders within 3-5 working days of placing the order.

International delivers will take between 5-10 business days, and no tracking will be available unless confirmed at the time of shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes, therefore customers are required to provide their full name and address for all orders.

Where Custom Clearance fees are required, customers will need to absorb these costs, as they will vary according to country.

Samples cannot be posted internationally due to the cost of postage and packaging, however customers living outside of the UK may make a special request by contacting customerservices@herbalondon.com and arrangements will be made to send samples internationally.

Herba London offers free delivery on all orders, and our delivery partners will vary depending on where you are located. If you are outside of the UK, your order will be delivered by FedEx. For those customers within the UK, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or UPS.

All orders can be tracked online, and we will provide you the tracking number by email after you make a purchase.

Herba London can provide a next day delivery, however this is only for customers living in Greater London. Customers opting for this services will need to contact our Customer Services Team via email at customerservices@herbalondon.com, and special arrangements will be made.

Our delivery partners will require a signature for your parcel, so if you’re not at home to sign or receive it, they’ll leave you a delivery note with instructions on how to re-arrange delivery.

Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed on the following business day, as our delivery partners will be closed on public holidays.
